MAINTENANCE FACILITY, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI; AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN 014 SAID PLAT; AND AUTHORIZING A14D DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT AND PROVIDING FOR THE RECORDATION OF SAID PLAT IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends the acceptance of the NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Plat entitled D.C.M. MAINTENANCE FACILITY is a resubdivision of Lot 1, Block 1, Moseley Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 2, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, together with a portion of the right of way of S. W. 1st Street, adjacent to said Lot 1, Block 1, together with a portion of Section 37, Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami Dade County, Florida, which subject plat by reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and which plat, together with the dedications shown thereon, and the dedications to the perpetual use of the public of all existing and future planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, is hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida. Section 2. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the plat and cause the same to be recorded in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. MAINTENANCE FACILITY was prepared by Biscayne Engineering Company. It is in correct form for submi ssion to the Ci ty Commi ssion and is forwarded wi th a recommendati on that i t be approved. PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT: (1) The property platted is a resubdivision of Lot 1, Block 1, Moseley Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 2, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, together with a portion of the right of way of S. W. 1st Street, adjacent to said Lot 1, Block 1, together with a portion of Section 37, Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami Dade County, Florida. The plat consists of one tract containing 0.376+ of an acre. It is zoned SPI-6 and rapid transit corridor. (2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of Miami, Florida. (3) As certified to by George C. Bolton, Registered Land Surveyor, this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State of Florida. (4) The City Zoning Board of Miami, Florida, after Public Hearing, has recommended the closing of that portion of right -of -way East of the Southeast corner of the intersection of Southwest 1 Street and Southwest 1 Court, also described as the Southerly 8' of Southwest 1 Street 85 -1043 and the external area lying Northerly of the curve of 25' radius concentric to the Southeast, bounded on the West by the East right-of-way line of Southwest 1 Court, and bounded on the East by the West boundary of the North corridor of Metrorai1 for a distance of 80.0'+. This action was confirmed by City Commission Resolution No. 83-866. (5) The Certificate of Title Examination dated August 21, 1985 signed by R. A. Cuevas, Jr. Attorney, indicates that the fee simple title to the property platted is correctly vested in Dade County and the Plat has been correctly executed. (6) The area platted is not encumbered by mortgages.
