AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 95UU, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF APPROXIMATELY 2504 NORTHWEST 14TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) FROM RG-1/3 GENERAL RESIDENTIAL (ONE AND TWO-FAMILY) TO RG-2/5 GENERAL RESIDENTIAL MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 25 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500 BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300, THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of Septe:nber. 23, 1985, Item No. 7, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 134-85, by a 8 to 0 'COMMENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning classificati n he einafter set forth; and l WHEREAS, the City Comm n afte careful consideration of this matter deems i advisa e and in the best interest of the � f general welfare (if h Cy of Miami and its inhabitants to grant i this change of zo�i classification as hereinafter set forth; NOW, T 'REFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COM14ISSION OF THE CITY 5 OF MIAMI, F RIDA: % S Atio 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the zoning or nance of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended Zch ging the zoning classification of approximately 25U4 No est 14th Street, Miami, Florida, more particularly des ibed as Lot 10, Block 1, SHADY OAKS (44-20) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, from RG-1/3 General Residential (One and Two -Family) to RG-2/5 General Residential. Section 2.
