AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 95001 THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF APPROXIMATELY 2490
NORTHWEST 14TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) FROM RG-1/3
GENERAL RESIDENTIAL (ONE AND TWO-FAMILY) TO
RG-2/5 GENERAL RESIDENTIAL MAKING FINDINGS;
AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON
PAGE NO. 25 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART
OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500 BY REFERENCE AND
DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 31 SECTION 300,
THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of September
23, 1985, Item No. 8, following an advertised hearing, adopted
Resolution No. ZB 135-85, by a 8 to 0 ECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a
change of zoning classification, as he i aster set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commijsi ter hAkreful consideration of
this matter deems it advisabi4i d in thQest interest of the
nanarAl welfare of the City o iami and its inhabitants to grant
this change of zoni g clas ication as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFOR ,\ E(YT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. T1i4 Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the
zoning ordinance f the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended
by changing the ning classification of approximately 2490
Northwe t 14th treet, Miami, Florida, more particularly
descri ; a$ t 11, Block 1, SHADY OAKS (44-20) of the Public
Recordk%1i:�K County, Florida, from RG-1/3 General Residential
(One and Two` Tily) to RG-2/5 General Residential.
SectionIt is hereby found that this zoning classi-
fication change:
(a) Is in conformity with the adopted Miami Comprehensive
Neighborhood Plan;
(b) Is not contrary to the land use pattern;
