BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 30-55, entitled "Special rates" of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, relating to rates for electric cart rental and green feeds at City -owned golf courses is hereby further amended in the following particulars,1 "Sec. 30-55. Special Rates. * * * * * * * * * * (f) Special rates. In addition to those set forth above, special rates may be established for electric cart rental and green fees at city -owned golf courses upon special occasions by resolution of the City Commission." Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances insofar as they are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. If any section, part of section, paragraph, clause, phrase or word of this ordinance is declared invalid, the remaining provisions of this ordinance shall not be affected.
