Results of the City of Miami Primary Election held on November 5, 1985 for the election of Mayor and Two Commissioners. Section 2. The City Commission hereby officially accepts the City Clerk's Certification and Declaration of Results of the City of. Miami Special Election held November 5, 1985 concerning a ballot question on a proposed City of Miami Ad Valorem Tax Millage Increase Prohibition. Section 3. The City Commission hereby officially accepts the City Clerk's Certification and Declaration of Results of the City of Miami Regular Election held November 12, 1985 for the election of Mayor, Group I; Commissioner, Group IV; and Commissioner, Group V of the City of Miami. Section 4. The City Commission hereby directs the City Clerk to make the detailed Precinct -lay -Precinct Printout of the results of said Elections part of the City Clerk's Official Records. On November 12, 1985, commencing at approximately 7:00 p.m., the Dade County Supervisor of Elections had the tabulating equipment tested to ascertain that the equipment will correctly count the precinct and absentee ballot votes cast for each candidate in the City of Miami Regular Election on November 12, 1985. 5. The testing materials of the Public Test, delivered still under seal number 00 D 548 opened in my presence, were used and the procedures ot paragraph (2) were followed. Steps were taken to insure the security of said materials prior to, during and subsequent to the election, except when said materials were properly in the possession of the Elections Department staff appointed to conduct this election. 6. At the completion of the above test, all precinct and absentee ballot votes cast in the above election were counted. Except as otherwise specifically set forth and declared in this Certification, in my presence and sight, no ballot card was removed from or added to any ballot card container, ballot card tray or other segregation of ballots, and no ballot card was in any manner altered or tampered with by any person, and no person touched any ballot card container, ballot card tray or ballot card, except a person authorized to do so pursuant to Section 101.4612, Florida Statutes. 7.
