A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED GROVE MOUNTAIN REPLAT, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI; AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT AND PROVIDING FOR THE RECORDATION OF SAID PLAT IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the City Department of Public Works recommends the acceptance of the plat: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The plat entitled GROVE MOUNTAIN REPLAT is a resubdivision of all of GROVE MOUNTAIN according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 118, Page 16 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, all lying in Section 21, Townsnip 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida which subject plat by reference is made a part hereof as it' fully incorporated herein and which plat, together witn the dedications shown - thereon, and the dedications to the perpetual use of the public of all 1 existing and future planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, is hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida. Section 2. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the plat and cause the same to be recorded in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. Grove Mountain Replat Resolution Accepting Proposed Record Plat located at S.W. 27 Avenue and Cornelia Drive REFERENCES! ENCLOSURES (For Commission -Meeting of The Department of Public Works recommends the approval of the plat by the City Commission of Miami, Florida, and certifies its correctness as to form. The proposed record plat entitled Grove Mountain Replat is a replat of all of Grove Mountain according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 118, Page 16, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The plat consists of one tract containing 1.24+ acres. It is zoned RO 3/6 and SPI-17 as amended. This plat is being forwarded for City Commission action. Also attached are the following itemized papers necessary to present the Plat to the City Commission: (1) Resolution accepting the Plat (2) Engineering Report (3) Print of proposed Record Plat AWC:RB:is 8" 1145 3 ko THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS October 28 , 1985 REPORT OF PROPOSED RECORD PLAT OF GROVE MOUNTAIN REPLAT LOCATED AT S.W. 27 AVENUE & CORNELIA DRIVE A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA * * N M * * * it * * * M * * N * M * 0 * * * The accompanying Plat entitled GROVE MOUNTAIN REPLAT was prepared by Schwebke-Shiskin & Associates, Inc. It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded with a recommendation that it be approved. PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT: (1) The property platted is a replat of all of Grove Mountain, according to the plat tnereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1189 Page 16 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The plat consists of one tract containing 1.24+ ` acres. It is zoned RO 3/6 and SPI-17 as amended. (2) The location of the streets and the widths conform witn the standards of the Department of Public WorKs of the City of Miami, Florida. (3) As certified to by Robert F. Jackson, Registered Land Surveyor, this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State of Florida. (4) The City Zoning Board of Miami, Florida$ after Public Hearing, has recommended the closing of tnat public r' utility easement as indicated on the record plat of Grove Mountain, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 118, Page 16 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. This -action was confirmed by City Commission Resolution No. 85 , . + (5) The Certificate of Title Examination dated October 6, 1985, signed by James S. Groh, Attorney, indicates that the fee simple title to the property platted is correctly vested in Bobette B. Kolisch and Joseph P. Wiegand and Ligia I. Wiegand, nis wife and the Plat has been correctly n executed. (6) The area platted is encumbered by mortgages and the mortgage holder has executed the Plat and joined in its dedications. 1 (7) In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 54, of The { Code of The City of Miami, Florida, a Performance Bond in the amount of $40,400 nas been executed Bobette B. Kolisch and Josepn P. Wiegand and Ligia I. Wiegand, his wife, Principal, and Fidelity and deposit company of Maryland 3 Surety. This Bond and the Surety's Power of Attorney will accompany the Agreement between the City of Miami, Florida anc! the Principal to guarantee the construction of ,lani scaping, asphaltic concrete pavement, street lighting, curb and gutter, type "A" median curb, 6" concrete header and brick pavers at the property platted.
