RECOMMENDATIONS PLANNING DEPARTMENT PUBLIC WORKS DADE COUNTY TRAFFIC & TRANSPORTATION ZONING BOARD CITY COMMISSION APPROVAL. The requested change would not be at odds w the existing land uses in the area as the subject property is -adjacent to apartment buildings to the south. The request, use wise, would still be residential in nature and this new toning designation could serve as a buffer to the more stable two-family residential area to the north of NW 14th Street. Such a change, would not, therefore, be at odds with Miami's Comprehensive Plan. No dedication is required. No comment.
