RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
OF P.N.M. CORPORATION AT A TOTAL COST OF
$52,$57.00 FOR MANOR STORM SEWER PROJECT
(BID "A") - B-5503; AND AUTHORIZING A
FINAL PAYMENT OF $5,285.70.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated April 4, 1985
between the City of Miami and P.N.M. Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work, has been satisfactorily completed,
and P.N.M. Corporation has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public
Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and
final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by P.N.M.
Corporation for MANOR STORM SEWER PROJECT (BID "A"), at a
total cost of $52,857.00, is hereby approved.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized to pay $5,285.70 to P.N.M. Corporation
as full and final payment for all work performed and all
materials furnisned in connection with MANOR STORM SEWER
PROJECT - (BID "A").

It is recommended that a resolution be
adopted accepting the completed work
and authorizing a final payment of
$5,285.70 to P.N.M. Corporation for
MANOR STORM SEWER PROJECT - BID "A" -
B-550 3.
P.N.M. Corporation has completed the project
consisting of construction of a french drain in N.W.
52 Street between N.W. 17-18 Avenues and 2 covered
ditches in N.W. 51 Street between N.W. 17-18 Avenues
and in N.W. 19 Avenue between N.W. 52-53 Streets.
The original amount was $64,335.50 and the completed
amount is $52,857.00. It was completed on time. The
source of funds is Manor Storm Sewers.
It is now in order for the City Commission to accept
the completed work and authorize final payment, after
all conditions are met.
