WHEREAS, at the City Commission Meeting of December 19, 19859 Resolution No. 85-1202 was passed which ordered a highway improvement identified as CITY-WIDE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT -PHASE III in CITY-WIDE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT -PHASE III H-4516; and WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice, a public hearing was held before the City Commission on January 9, 1986, as to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 85-1202 which resolution ordered CITY-WIDE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT -PHASE III in CITY WIDE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT -PHASE III H-4516; and confirmation of said highway WHEREAS, no objections to the improvement were sustained by the Commission, it is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of said improvement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF - MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Resolution No. 85-1202 dated December 19, 1985, which ordered CITY-WIDE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT -PHASE III in CITY-WIDE HIGHWAY III H-4516 is hereby confirmed.
