999.9, MAY 23, 1985; AND CONFIRMING ITS
REZONING FROM RG-2/5 GENERAL RESIDENTIAL TO
RO-3/5 RESIDENTIAL -OFFICE :MADE BY ORDINANCE
NO. 9998. 'ON MAY -23, 1965;MAKING FINDINGS;
AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGESON
PAGE NO. 37 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART
OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500, BY REFERENCE AND
DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300,
THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the subject property was r'�perly rezoned to RO-3/5
RESIDENTIAL -OFFICE by Ordinance No n � 98 QnMay 23, 1985; and
WHEREAS, a scrivener's Nrrck result d `.in the inclusion of
said parcel in Ordinance No. 9 99 which p`arpc�rted to rezone said
parcel to RO-1/5 RESIDENTIAL-( CE; and
WHEREAS, it -\ ever intention of this Commission to
rezone said parcel 'lon\this.d a'te to any classification other than
RO-3/5 RESIDENTIAL-O.FFIC�t. and

WHEREAS, the Mi amp Ptanning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of November 6, 19em No. 3, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resoluti�on�No. PAB 61-95by a vote of 9 to 0,
RECOMMENDING APPof correcting the scrive nets error as
hereinafter set forth;
WHEREAS, the Cit mmission after careful consideration of
this matter deems .t visable and in the best interest of the
general elfare o h City of Miami and its inhabitants to
I correct the scri is error and designate the zoning
classific as her nafter set forth;
