BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section I. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2 hereof, the following individuals are hereby appointed as regular members of the Planning Advisory Board to serve without compensation for a term of three years commencing January 1, 1986 and ending December 31, 1988: (a) RAYMOND G.
