AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE "CITY OF MIAMI YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL", PROVIDING FOR THE COMPOSITION OF THE COUNCIL AND THE QUALIFICATIONS AND TERMS OF MEMBERS; PROVIDING FOR THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF SAID COUNCIL; PROVIDING A METHOD OF SELECTION OF OFFICERS; FURTHER PROVIDING FOR MEETINGS, QUORUMS AND VOTES; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. (a) The Council shall be composed of ten (10) e ers between the -ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-four (24) y ar , and one adult advisor who shall be at least twenty-one 1) ears of age, all of whom shall reside in the City of Miami and rve without compensation.
