AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS AND FOR SPECIAL EVENTS OR PROGRAMS, TO PERMIT THE SALE OR DISPENSING OF WINE OR BEER ' IN SOFT CONTAINERS IN CERTAIN CITY PARKS; FURTHER ESTABLISHING A PERMIT FEE OF $300 PER DAY FOR SAID SALE OF WINE AND BEER. WHEREAS, the City of Miami encourages and supports the use of City Parks for recreational events by the convention industry t as well as civic -minded organizations; and WHEREAS, it is appropriate on special occ ion n conjunction with special events or programs that a ensing of wine or beer be authorized in City Parks; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORD D BY THE COMMI N OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: a � 4 Section 1.
