A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AUBURN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT IN AUBURN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5475-C (CENTERLINE SEWER) AND REMOVING ALL PENDING LIENS FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT NOT HEREBY CERTIFIED. WHEREAS, the City Commission met on the 13th day of February 1986, pursuant to due legal notice of said meeting under Section 56 of the City Charter, as amended, to receive all written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll for. the cost of AUBURN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in AUBURN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT - SR-5475-C (Centerline sewer) in the area bounded by the following streets: W. Flagler Street to N.W. 7 Street, from N.W. 27 Avenue to N.W. 37 Avenue. WHEREAS, no objections thereto by any person interested in, or affected by, said assessments were sustained by the Commission, and said assessment roll appeared, in all respects, regular and in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the City Charter, as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned and indicated on the preliminary assessment roll for AUBURN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in AUBURN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT - SR-5475-C (Centerline sewer) be and they are hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground described therein. That the sums and amounts assessed against each of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment roll are less than the amount that each of the said lots or parcels of ground is especially benefited by said improvements, and that such amounts are in proportion to the special benefits that the property received. Section 3. That the total assessment cost of said AUBURN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in AUBURN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT - SR-5475-C (Centerline sewer) in the amount of $1,260,946.66 be, and the same is hereby, approved and confirmed. Section 4. (For Commi ssi on Meeting of ---.-- It is recommended that a resolution be adopted confirming the preliminary assessment roll for AUBURN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in AUBURN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5475-C (Centerline sewer). Construction of AUBURN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT IN AUBURN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5475C (Centerline sewer) has been completed, and the preliminary assessment roll for this improvement is ready to be presented to the Commission for confirmation. The construction of this sanitary sewer improvement was in the area bounded by the following streets: W. Flagler Street to N.W. 7 Street, from N.W. 27 Avenue to N.W. 37 Avenue. The total assessment cost of the sewer improvement amounted to $1,260,946.63. A public hearing is scheduled for February 13, 1986 to hear objections to confirmation of the assessment roll. If no objections are sustained, it will be in order for the Commission to adopt the resolution confirming the assessment roll. A section has been included cancelling and removing pending liens placed against properties not appearing in the preliminary assessment roll.
