The January 5, 1986 bid of Avis -Rent-A-Car for furnishing ahhroxinately thirty five (35) full size rental vehicles to the Department of Police at a total proposed cost of $171,780.00 is hereby accepted with funds therefor hereby allocated from the 1985-86 Operating Budget.
