tersection of the N.W. 37th Avenlic and 7th street of our city.
We respectfully request the approval of our commision to enable
our organization for the use of such premises, and that this event
not be counted as one of the two alloted events per site per year,
as specified in ordinance 9500 regarding activities of this type.
Our fourth Municipalities Fair had been scheduled for the fo-

We will also appreciate your cooperation on the celebration of
this event, approving the use of other necessary services such as;
the assistance of our police force at a cost of $2,500.00, the ser-

the use of the show mobile stage of the city at a cost of $ 600.00
and the necessary permit for the installations of 30 booths at a
estimated cost of $ 950.00, including the approval of our If

This colorful event is now becoming a tradition to our corimm-

is to maintain and expose to our cuban-americans youngst:rs the tra-
dition of our ancestors.
Another very important facet of our fair is to promote a warmer
and closer relationship with other etnic groups of our community,
therefore we decided to provide the City Manager's office with ad-
mission tickets for a value of $ 5,000.00 to be distributed emong
all the others etnic groups of our beautiful City of Miami.
Once more we appreciate the dedicated assistance of our "City
Commission" and the "City Manager's Office" and we will like to cor-
dially invite all and everyone of you to attend our official inaug-a-
t at 8.00 P.M. on April 10th,1986.
