IMPROVEMENT -PHASE II in ALLAPATTAH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT -PHASE II H-4507; and at- WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said - highway improvement were sustained by the Commission, it is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of said improvement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Resolution No. 86-103 dated February 13, 1986, which ordered ALLAPATTAH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT -PHASE II in ALLAPATTAH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT -PHASE II H-4507, is hereby confirmed. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of ALLAPATTAH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT -PHASE II in ALLAPATTAH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT -PHASE II H-4507. CI? ALLAPATTAH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT -PHASE II H-4507 was ordered by the City Commission on February 13, 1986. It is now in order to con- firm the ordering resolution and to authorize advertising for bids. A public hearing will be held by the City Commission on March 16, 1986. At that time the Commission will hear objections to the confirmation of Ordering Resolution No. 86-103. This improvement is being proposed under Section 56 of the Charter of is located in the area bordered by N.W. 18 Avenue and N.W. 27 Avenue. as an assessable improvement the City of Miami.
