A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED MIAMI
HONDA SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY 0
ON
MIAMI; AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN
ACCEPTING THE COVENANT TO RUN
SAID PLAT; AND
WITH THE LAND POSTPONING THE IMMEDIATE
CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS UNTIL
PUBLIC WORKS; AND
REQUIRED BY THE DEPARTMENT nF
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT AND PROVIDING
PLAT IN THE PURLIC
FOR THE RECORDATION OF SAID
RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends the acceptance of

Miami is hereby accepted and the proper officials are directed to record

REPORT OF PROPOSED RECORD PLAT OF
MIAMI HONDA SUBDIVISION
LOCATED AT N.W. 36 STREET BETWEEN N.W. 31 AVE AND 32 AVE.
A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
The accompanying Plat entitled Hiami Honda Subdivision was
prepared by E. R. Brownell A Associates, Inc. It is in correct
form for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded
with a recommendation that it he approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1 ) The property platted is a subdivision of the West 50 Feet
of the South 147 Feet, less the South 35 Feet; the East 60
Feet of the West 110 Feet of the South 127 Feet, less the
South 35 Feet; the East 60 Feet of the West 170 Feet of
the South 127 Feet, 1 ess the South 35 Feet, and the South
102 Feet of the North 259 Feet of the South 406 Feet of
the West 100 Feet of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of
the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, Section 21,
Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami,, Dade
County, Florida. The area platted consists of Two Tracts
containing 0.62 ± of an acre. It is Zoned CG-1/7.
(2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with
the standards of the Department of Public Works of the
City of Mi ami , Florida.
(3) As certified to by E. R. Brownell, Registered Land
Surveyor, this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of
the State of Florida.
(4) The Certificate of Title Examination dated January 23,
1986 signed by Reginald H. Mattox, Attorney, indicates
that the fee simple title to the property platted is
correctly vested in Stanley N. Bastacky, a single man and
the Plat has been correctly executed•
The area platted is not encumbered by mortgages.
In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 54, of
the
Code of The City of Miami, Florida a Performance Bond
in
the amount of $6,200.00 has been executed by Stanley
N.
Bastacky and Vesper Management, Inc., d/b/a Miami Honda,
Principal, and American Hardware Mutual Insurance
Cn.
Surety. This Bond and the Surety's Power of Attorney will
accompany the Agreement between the City of Miami, Florida
and the Principal to guarantee the construction
of
Landscaping, Asphaltic concrete pavement, removal
of
existing sidewalk, sidewalk and curb and gutter at
the
property platted.
Since there is no full width improvements on N.W.
36
Street in the vicinity of the property platted, it
is
recommended that a covenant be accepted postponing
the
immediate construction of these improvements until
the
area is more fully developed.
The attached Resolution has been prepared for
the
acceptance of the Plat by the City Commission of Miami,
Florida.
