A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED MIAMI HONDA SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY 0 ON MIAMI; AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ACCEPTING THE COVENANT TO RUN SAID PLAT; AND WITH THE LAND POSTPONING THE IMMEDIATE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS UNTIL PUBLIC WORKS; AND REQUIRED BY THE DEPARTMENT nF AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT AND PROVIDING PLAT IN THE PURLIC FOR THE RECORDATION OF SAID RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends the acceptance of the plat: ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ti 11IAMI, FLORIDA: h Section 1. Section 2. The Covenant To Run With The Land executed by Stanley N. A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA The accompanying Plat entitled Hiami Honda Subdivision was prepared by E. R. Brownell A Associates, Inc. It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded with a recommendation that it he approved. PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT: (1 ) The property platted is a subdivision of the West 50 Feet of the South 147 Feet, less the South 35 Feet; the East 60 Feet of the West 110 Feet of the South 127 Feet, less the South 35 Feet; the East 60 Feet of the West 170 Feet of the South 127 Feet, 1 ess the South 35 Feet, and the South 102 Feet of the North 259 Feet of the South 406 Feet of the West 100 Feet of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, Section 21, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami,, Dade County, Florida.
