RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
OF CUYAHOGA WRECKING CORPORATION AT A
TOTAL COST OF $148,816.64 FOR BAYFRONT
AND
PARK AUDITORIUM - DEMOLITION;
AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $14,881.66.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated March 30, 1985
between the City of Miami and Cuyahoga Wrecking Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Cuyahoga Wrecking Corporation has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public Works
recommend that the completed work be accepted and final payment
made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED �, fH£ )MMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Cuyahoga
Wrecking Corporation for BAYFRONT PARK AUDITORIUM - DEMOLITION at
a total cost of $148,816.64 is hereby approved.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami are
hereby authorized to pay $14,881.66 to Cuyahoga Wrecking
Corporation as full and final payment for all work performed and
all materials furnished in connection with BAYFRONT PARK
AUDITORIUM - DEMOLITION.
