DATE. MAR 12 1986 FILE:
Resolution Allowing the Dis-

pensing of Beer and Wine for a
Wedding/Wainwright Park
REFERENCES:
ENCLOSURES:
it is recommended that a resolution be passed
granting the request of Joseph Frasca to
dispense beer and wine at no charge in Alice
Wainwright Park in connection with a Wedding
and Reception on March 22, 1936, subject to
the issuance of all permits required by law.
Mr Joseph Frasca has requested a permit to hold his wedding and
reception in City -owned Alice Wainwright Park on March 22, 1986.
in connection with this event, Mr. Frasca also wishes to serve
beer and wine to invited guests.
Traditionally, and in accordance with Ordinance No. 9818 (of
April 5, 1984), the City has allowed the dispensing of these
beverages in soft containers in City parks upon certain
prescribed limitations and conditions. As there is to be no sale
of beer and wine and because such beverages will be provided only
for the private consumption of the individual and his invited
guests, the Parks and Recreation Department recommends that this
request be granted, subject to the issuance of any and all
permits required by law or by the State of Florida Department of
Business Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco.
