WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of a stipulated agreement filed on February 25, 1986 in litigation between the City of Miami and Metropolitan Dade County, the Dade County Board of County Commissioners has adopted Ordinance No. 86-8 entitled: "ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN AUDIT REVIEW COMMITTEE TO PERFORM AN ANNUAL REVIEW OF THE MIAMI-DADE WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY DEPARTMENT'S BUDGETS AND SEGREGATION OF FUNDS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."; and WHEREAS, in acoordance with said Ordinance No. 86-8, adopted February 4, 1986, said Audit Review Committee is to be composed of nine individuals designated and/or appointed by the City; and WHEREAS, the designation and/or appointment set forth in this Resolution partly implements the provisions of Dade County Ordinance No. 86-8; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 3. The review will be performed within the months of April through June of each year. Section 4. The findings of the Committee shall be reported to both the City Manager and County Manager for presentation by each manager to their respective Boards of Conunissioners. Section S.
