FLORIDA: Section I. By a 4/5ths affirmative vote of the members of the City Commission, after a duly advertised public hearing, the t;5 following findings are hereby made concerning the prohibition ri against the City entering into a contract with a former city _- officer, official or employee within two years after leaving city employment as such prohibition may apply to Robert N. Sechen, R ` Esq., whose last service as an Assistant City Attorney was performed on March 15, 1986. forth in Section Section 2. The waiver set 1 hereof is — based upon the following findings being made by a 4/5ths affirmative vote of the members of the City Commission after a duly advertised public hearing: (a) The services of Robert N. Sechen, Esq. , are unique in character as they relate to the acquiring of a Development Order for the Southeast Overtown/Park West Redevelopment - Project as a Development of Regional Impact j and participation at trial during --- condemnation proceeding for the Southeast - Overtown/Park West Redevelopment Project; -= and to provide assistance in the acquiring of a Development for the Downtown �► Development of Regional Impact. Sechen, Esq., whose last service as an Assistant City Attorney was performed March 15, 1986. Pursuant to the City of Miami's Code Section 2-302, the Commission must make certain findings and grant a waiver of the Section in order for our office to utilize Mr. Sechen's services rked for three years. Sechen, Esq., whose last service as an Assistant City Attorney was performed March 15, 1986.
