Section I. By a 4/5ths affirmative vote of the members of
the City Commission, after a duly advertised public hearing, the

I have attached for your consideration a resolution which would
allow a former Assistant City Attorney, Mr. Robert N. Sechen, to

Pursuant to the City of Miami's Code Section 2-302, the
Commission must make certain findings and grant a waiver of the
Section in order for our office to utilize Mr. Sechen's services
