During its April 10, 1986 meeting the City Commission instructed this office to solicit requests for proposals from Miami law firms listed in the Bond Buyer Directory of Municipal Bond Dealers of the United States, commonly referred to as the "Red Book". The request for proposal, copy attached hereto, was addressed to the following firms: Akerman, Senterfitt & Edison Arky, Freed, Sterns, Watson, Greer, Weaver & Harris, P.A.
