(14-55) P.R.D.C. west of the right-of-way line of SW 32nd Road be approved in accord with the conditions established by the Plat and Street Committee. The Zoning Board, at its meeting of April 7, 1986, Item 10, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution ZB 33-86 by a 7 to 2 vote, recommending approval in accord with the conditions established by the Plat and Street Committee of the official vacation and closure of that portion of SW 22nd Terrace contiguous and adjacent to Lot 34, Block 51, EAST SHENANDOAH SUB. (14-55) P.R.D.C. and Lot 1, Block 52, EAST SHENANDOAH SUB. (14-55) P.R.D.C. west of the right-of-way line of SW 32nd Road, as a condition of approval of Tentative Plat #1274 - "VIZCATRAN GARDEN". Nine objections received in the mail; twelve opponents present at the meeting. Two replies in favor received in the mail; two proponents present at the meeting.
