CONDITION OF APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE PLAT NO.
1274 - "VIZCATRAN GARDEN."
WHEREAS, the Miami 7,oning Board, at its meeting of
April 7, 1986, Item No. 10, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. 7B 33-86, by a 7 to 2 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of the official vacation and closure of a utility
easements, as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after careful consideration of
this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the t
general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to
grant the vacation and closure of that portion of Southwest 22n•1
Terrace in question and deems it advisable to do so;

of the right-of-way line of SW 32nd
Road be approved in accord with the
conditions established by the Plat and
Street Committee.
The Zoning Board, at its meeting of April 7, 1986, Item 10, following an
advertised hearing, adopted Resolution ZB 33-86 by a 7 to 2 vote,
recommending approval in accord with the conditions established by the Plat
and Street Committee of the official vacation and closure of that portion of
SW 22nd Terrace contiguous and adjacent to Lot 34, Block 51, EAST SHENANDOAH
SUB. (14-55) P.R.D.C. and Lot 1, Block 52, EAST SHENANDOAH SUB. (14-55)
P.R.D.C. west of the right-of-way line of SW 32nd Road, as a condition of
approval of Tentative Plat #1274 - "VIZCATRAN GARDEN".
Nine objections received in the mail; twelve opponents present at the
meeting. Two replies in favor received in the mail; two proponents present
at the meeting.
Backup information is included for your review.
A RESOLUTION to provide for the above has been prepared by the City
Attorney's Office and submitted for consideration by the City Commission.

abutting property owner and it is nrt deemed
necessary for the overall publ:: i►,terest. The
street has been permanently close6 as a result
of the adoption of the Vizcaya Station Study
Area Design Plan in 1979 by the City of Miami
Commission.
PUBLIC WORKS Public hearing for street closure is a code
requirement. Plat and Street Committee
recommends approval of final plat by Commission
if street closure is approved by Zoning Board
and City Commission.
DADE COUNTY TRAFFIC
b TRANSPORTATION No comment.
ZONING BOARD _ At its meeting of April 7, 1986, the Zoning
Board adopted Resolution ZB 33-86 by a 7 to 2
vote, recommending approval of the above.
