RECOMMENDATIONS
PLANNING DEPARTMENT APPROVAL:
T-77Fe—proposed change is not contrary to the
established land use pattern.
2. The proposed change would not create an
isolated district unrelated to adjacent and
nearby districts.
3. The change suggested is not out of scale
with the needs of the neighborhood or the
city.
4. Existing district boundaries are illogically
drawn in relation to existing conditions on
the property proposed for change.
5. The proposed change would not adversely
influence living conditions in the
neighborhood.
6. The proposed change would not be a deterrent
to the improvement or development of
adjacent property in accord with existing
regulations.
7. There are substantial reasons why the
property cannot be used in accord with
existing zoning, especially the limited lot
depth.
