WHEREAS, the City Commission met on the 7th day of May 1986, pursuant to due legal notice of said meeting under Section 56 of the City Charter, as amended, to receive all written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll for the cost of MANOR HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT - PHASE I in MANOR HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT - PHASE I H-4465 in the area bounded by the following streets: N.W. 51 Terrace to N.W. 54 Street between N.W. 7 Avenue and N.W. 12 Avenue. WHEREAS, no objections thereto by any person interested in, or affected by, said assessments were sustained by the Commission, and said assessment roll appeared, in all respects, regular and in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the City Charter, as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Odi o City Manager 9� DATE: MAY 11986 FILE: H-4465 SUBJECT: MANOR HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT - PHASE I Resolution Confirming REFERENCES: Assessment Roll ENCLOSURES: (For Commission Meeting of May 7, 1986) It is recommended that a resolution be adopted confirming the preliminary assessment roll for MANOR HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT in MANOR HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4465. Construction of MANOR HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT IN MANOR HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4465 has been completed, and the preliminary assessment roll for this improvement is ready to be presented to the Commission for confirmation. The construction of this sanitary sewer improvement was in the area bounded by the following streets: N.W. 51 Terrace to N.W. 54 Street between N.W. 7 Avenue and N.W. 12 Avenue. The total assessment cost of the highway improvement amounted to $90,890.02. A public hearing is scheduled for May 8, 1986 to hear objections to confirmation of the assessment roll. If no objections are sustained, it will be in order for the Commission to adopt the resolution confirming the assessment roll. A section has been included cancelling and removing pending liens placed against properties not appearing in the preliminary assessment roll. 40.
