DISTRICT H-4520; and rW, WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice, a public hearing was held before the City Commission on May 7, 1986, as to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 86-104 which a resolution ordered N.W. 8 STREET ROAD HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H- 4520 in N.W. 8 STREET ROAD HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H- 4520; and WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said highway improvement were sustained by the Commission, it is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of said improvement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Resolution No. 86-104 dated February 13, 1986, which ordered N.W. 8 STREET ROAD HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4520 in N.W. 8 STREET ROAD HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4520 is hereby confirmed.
