APPROVAL. The Special Exception to reduce the
number of reservoir spaces is appropriate.
There will be an amendment presented to the
Planning Advisory Board in the near future
modifying the "inbound" and "outbound" car wash
spaces to be in proportion to the number of wash
stalls provided. The applicant is proposing
eight (8) wash stalls, present standards will
require spaces for 48 cars on the subject
