There will be an amendment presented to the Planning Advisory Board in the near future modifying the "inbound" and "outbound" car wash spaces to be in proportion to the number of wash stalls provided. The applicant is proposing eight (8) wash stalls, present standards will require spaces for 48 cars on the subject t i property; this is unreasonable for this type of E operation. A car wash is not geared to a particular peak time where all cars are serviced at the same time. if the reduction of reservoir spaces is granted by the City n, still a total of 27 cars could possibly be on site at a particular time, which is a er for this type of operation.
