Dear Carlos:
The Historical Museum seeks approval to close traffic
to Flagler Street for thirty minutes at noon on May
3Oth, 1986. The Museum is organizing a convoy of
vehicles to escort a special Smithsonian exhibition
entitled MASH,
This MASH "parade" down Flagler Street will be used
as a promotional effort to highlight the exhibition
as well as draw attention to downtown Miami.
The Museum has been working with Sergio Velikopoljski
City of Miami -Downtown Street Coordinator and the
City of Miami Police on the coordination of this effort.
The route has been attached.
Your recommendation will be appreciated to help make
the MASH exhibition a success for all of Miami.
Sincerely, _
Wit Ostrenko
