Underscored words and/or figures shall be added. The remaining provisions are now in effect and remain unchanged. Section 1.. The purpose of the herein ordinance is to reflect in the Fiscal Year 1985-86 General operating appropriation ordinance adopted by the City Commission on September 17, 1985, the changes approved by the City Commission at its March 27, 1986 meeting re-establishing the Building and Zoning Department. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances insofar as they are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4. If any section, part of section, paragraph, clause, phrase, or word of this Ordinance is declared invalid, the remaining provisions of this ordinance shall not be affected. The attached Ordinance amends the appropriate sections of the annual appropriations ordinance, adopted September 17, 1986 by incorporating said changes approved by the City Commission pursuant to ordinance no. 10089.
