MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 10002 (SECTION 40-227)
FOR A SPECIFIED TERM OF OFFICE.
WHEREAS, a reappointment needs to be made to the City of
Miami General Employees' and Sanitation Employees' Retirement
Trust Board of Trustees for a specified term of office;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following individual is hereby appointed
as a member of the City of Miami General Employees' and
Sanitation Employees' Retirement Trust Board of Trustees to
serve a full term of office which begins October 1, 1986 and
expires September 30, 1988.

Dear Xavier:
Pursuant to City Ordinance No. 10002, Sections 40-201
and 40-202, the term of our appointee, Rose Gordon, will
expire September 30, 1986. It is our wish to reappoint
Ms. Gordon to serve on the Pension Plan Board for another
term.
I would appreciate your support by placing her name for
reappointment on the Commission Agenda for September 11,
1986.
