Sir:
We request inclusion on the City Commission agenda for the meet-
ing scheduled for September 11, 1986.
The purpose for said appearance is to request permission to close
certain roads in Coconut Grove (see attached) for the 15th Annual
Great Coconut Grove Bicycle Race, to be held on Sunday, October
12, 1986.
We plan no changes this year in the format that we have used for
the past ten or more years; however, at this time we do not plan
to hold the events that we have previously held on the Thursday,
Friday and Saturday prior to the Sunday races. Should this
change prior to my appearance before the City Commission on
September 11th, I will notify you.
