Odio REFIERENCaa: City Commission Agenda City Manager July 24, 1986 ENCLOSURE$: Resolution It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached Resolution appointing one indi- vidual to the Code Enforcement Board. The Code Enforcement Board has a vacancy for the position for- merly held by Maud Newbold, with the remainder of her term due to expire February 10, 1989. Section 2-392 of the City Code provides for a seven -member Code Enforcement Board for enforcing technical codes of the City of Miami, which, whenever possible, shall consist of an architect, a businessperson, an engineer, a general contractor, a subcon- tractor, and a realtor.
