A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN INDIVIDUAL TO THE
CITY'S CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD TO SERVE A TERM
WIRING FEBRUARY 1.0, 1989.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA;
Section 1. The following individual is hereby appointed as
a member of the City's Code Enforcement Board, effective this
date, to serve the unexpired term of Maud Newbold which expires
on February 10, 1989:

It is recommended that the City
Commission approve the attached
Resolution appointing one indi-
vidual to the Code Enforcement
Board.
The Code Enforcement Board has a vacancy for the position for-
merly held by Maud Newbold, with the remainder of her term due
to expire February 10, 1989.
Section 2-392 of the City Code provides for a seven -member Code
Enforcement Board for enforcing technical codes of the City of
Miami, which, whenever possible, shall consist of an architect,
a businessperson, an engineer, a general contractor, a subcon-
tractor, and a realtor.
