ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN 1976-1986 FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3427-3523 SOUTHWEST
22ND TERRACE (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
HEREIN) BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION OF THE
SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM LOW -MODERATE DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL TO RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL; MAKING
FINDINGS; AND, CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, on July 2, 1986, the Planning Advisory Board, at an
advertised public hearing, Item 1, adopted Resolution No.
PAB 22-86, by a vote of 9-0, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of an
amendment to the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan 1976-1986,
as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, changing con'dit' s in the area surrounding the
subject property, support th a 'n changes; and
WHEREAS, the City o ssion arzeY -,:a04=-;;; ..___._
this matter, deems it a sable and in the best interest of the
general welfare f th ty of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this Comprehen i n change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THERE 0 E BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
Secti 1. The Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan
1976-1%86 hereby amended by changing the designation of that
cer ain rcel of property located at approximately 3427-3523
So we 22nd Terrace, Miami, Florida, more particularly
descri as Lots 23 thru 29 inclusive less the South 10 feet,
Block 51 MIAMI SUBURBAN ACRES AMENDED (4-73) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, from Low -Moderate Density
Residential to Restricted Commercial.
Section 2. It is hereby found that this Comprehensive
Plan designation change:
