AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF APPROXIMATELY 4220, 4234 AND 4244 N.W. 2ND STREET, AND APPROXI- MATELY 4225 N.W. IST STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) FROM RG-1/3 GENERAL RESIDENTIAL (ONE AND TWO- FAMILY) TO CR-2/7 COMMERCIAL -RESIDENTIAL (COMMUNITY) BY MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 32F OF SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500 BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300, THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of July 211 1986, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 82-86, by a 8 to 1 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning clar,4ification, as hereinafter set forth; and i WHEREAS, the City Commi this matter deems it advis general welfare of this change of zoni NOW, THERE OF n after careful consideration of and in the best interest of the Ci f Miami and its inhabitants to grant a sification as hereinafter set forth; IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY e Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the zoning ordinailce the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended by cha ging the z ning classification of approximately 4220, 4234 and 44 N.W. 2 Street, and approximately 4225 N.W. 1st Street, Mi i, rida ore particularly described as Lots 7, 81 9, and 19, B1 k KINLOCK PARK, as recorded in Plat Book 11 at Page 35 of the Publ Records of Dade County, Florida, from RG-1/3 General Residential (One and Two -Family) to CR-2/7 Commercial - Residential (Community).
