WHEREAS, the City Department of Public Works recommends the
acceptance of the plat:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The plat entitled Miracle Center is a renlat
of the East 625 feet of Tract "B", Block 20, "Coral Gate Section "D"
(50-34), Section 9, Township 54 S, Range 41 East, City of Miami,
Dade County, Florida, which subject plat by reference is made a
part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and which plat,
together with the dedications shown thereon, and the dedications
to the perpetual use of the public of all existing and future
planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, is hereby accepted
and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the plat and cause the same to
be recorded in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.

The proposed record plat entitled MIRACLE CENTER is a replat of
the East 625 feet of Tract "B", Block 20, "Coral Gate Section "D"
(50-34), Section 9, Township 54 S, Range 41 East, City of Miami,
Dade County, Florida. The plat consists of two tracts containing
3.46± acres. It is zoned CR-3/7.
This plat is being forwarded for City Commission action.
Also attached are the following itemized papers necessary to
present the Plat to the City Commission:

REPORT OF PROPOSER RECORD PLAT OF
MIRACLE CENTER
LOCATED AT S.W. 33 AVENUE AND S.W. 22 STREET
A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
The accompanying Plat entitled "MIRACLE CENTER" was prepared by
Biscayne Engineering Co. It is in correct form for submission
to the City Commission and is forwarded with a recommendation
that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a replat of the East 625 feet of
Tract "B", Block 20, "Coral Gate Section "D" (50-34),
Section 9, Township 54 S, Range 41 East, City of Miami,
Dade County, Florida. The plat consists of two tracts
containing 3.46+ acres. It is zoned CR-3/7.
(2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with
the standards of the Department of Public Works of the
C i ty of Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by Yvon LeCaer, Registered Land Surveyor,
this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State
of Florida.
(4) The Certificate of Title Examination dated August 13, 1986
signed by Pedro A. Martin, Attorney, indicates.that the
fee simple title to the property platted is correctly
vested in Decorative Arts Plaza, Inc. and Coral Way
Associates Ltd. and the Plat has been correctly executed.
(5) The area platted is encumbered by mortgages and the
mortgage holders have executed the Plat and joined in its
dedications.

r► In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 54, of The
Code of The City of Miami, Florida, a Performance Bond in
the amount of 525,400,00 has been executed by Miracle
Center Assoc., Principal, and CIGNA insurance Company of
North America, Surety, This Bond and the Surety's Power
of Attorney will accompany the Agreement between the City
of Miami, Florida and the Principal to guarantee the
construction of landscaping, sidewalk, curb and gutter,
storm sewer structures and the removal of existing
sidewalk at the property platted.
(7) The attached Resolution has been prepared for the
acceptance of the Plat by the City Commission of Miami,
Florida.
