COMMISSION MEETING
12/11/86
Please schedule the following for discussion items at the December
11, 1986 Commission meeting:
1. Status of the two sub -stations; when will construction start
at each and completion date. Have Architechs, etc., present.
2. Discussion of affordable housing at Melrose and Civic site.
3. `+ Discussion about the start and completion of the replacement
housing for the Claughton Island affordable housing
(all 3 sites) :
A. Start date
B . Completion
C. First rentals
4. Have someone explain deployment of Police in the Liberty City
area, Wynwood area, Coconut Grove and NE area.
5. Discussion about progress on getting more new business
accounts for garbage and trash collection.
6. Follow up discussion on Community Development Block Grant
funding money for the Bakery Arts Center, etc.
