ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9500, AS
AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI.' FLORIDA, BY AMENDING ARTICLE 20,
ENTITLED "GENERAL AND SUPPLEMENTARY
REGULATIONS," BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 2039
ENTITLED "CBD STORAGE FACILITY"; BY PROVIDING
FOR A DEFINITION AND LIMITATIONS FOR CBD
STORAGE FACILITIES; AND AMENDING PAGE 5 OF
THE OFFICIAL SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS
BY ADDING A NEW PARAGRAPH 7 TO CBD-1 CENTRAL
BUSINESS DISTRICT PROVIDING FOR CBD STORAGE
FACILITIES BEING PERMISSIBLE ONLY BY SPECIAL
PERMIT; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
