ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9500, AS
AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BY AMENDING PAGE 3 OF THE OFFICIAL
SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, ENTITLED
"PRINCIPAL USES AND STRUCTURES" BY INSERTING
A PROVISION UNDER RO-3 RESIDENTIAL OFFICE
THAT USES INCLUDE RG-3 (GENERAL RESIDENTIAL)
AND USES PERMITTED GENERALLY OR PERMISSIBLE
BY SPECIAL PERMIT IN THE RO-2 (RESIDENTIAL
OFFICE) DISTRICT; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of Nov mber 5 1986, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing,
adopte ti PAB 45-86 by a vote of 8 to 0, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL, amen d, of amending Ordinance No. 9500 as
hereinafter forth; and
WHEREAS, t�eCity Commission after careful consideration of
this matter deems able and in the best interest of the
general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to amend
Ordinance No. 9500 as ZD
forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE T YL,,THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Page 3 of the ial Schedule of District
Regulations made a part of Zoning Or nce No. 9500, the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Miami, F is herein amended as
follows:l

As for RG-3, uses permitted generally or permiss
