ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER
1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
THE AREA GENERALLY BOUNDED BY BISCAYNE
BOULEVARD AND THOSE PROPERTIES EAST OF
BISCAYNE BOULEVARD FRONTING ON THE LITTLE
RIVER CANAL AND SOUTH LITTLE RIVER CANAL, AND
FRONTING BISCAYNE BAY BETWEEN THE LITTLE
RIVER CANAL AND SOUTH LITTLE RIVER CANAL; AND
THAT AREA ON THE SOUTH BANK OF THE MIAMI
RIVER BETWEEN THE NORTHWEST 17TH AVENUE
BRIDGE AND $TATE ROAD 836 BRIDGE (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING
THE DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM
LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, MODERATE HIGH
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND RESIDENTIAL
COMMERCIAL TO SPECIAL USE; MAKING FINDINGS;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of November 9, 19�8'6� Item No. 4, following an advertised hearing
adopted Resolution No.1 PAB 51-86, by a 9 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL o — amendment to the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood

Plan and Ad da (September 1985), as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, charATng conditions in the area surrounding the
subject property s the herein changes; and
WHEREAS, the Cit ion after careful consideration of
this matter deems it advisable and in the best interest of the
general welfare of the Cit

Little River Canal and South Little River Canal, a fronting
Biscayne Bay between the Little River Canal and South Little
River Canal more particularly described as Lots 1-64, less parcel
