AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER 1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY AN AREA GENERALLY BOUNDED BY SOUTHWEST 1ST STREET, SOUTHWEST SOUTH RIVER DRIVE, SOUTHWEST 2ND STREET AND SOUTHWEST 5TH AVENUE (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM MODERATE HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND GENERAL COMMERCIAL TO SPECIAL USE; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Planninq Advisory Board, at its meeting of No ember 5, 1986, Item No. 4, followinq an advertised hearinq adopte Re so to. PAB 46-86, by a 8 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of an a ndme t to the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and Ad da (September 1985), as hereinafter set forth; and i WHEREAS, angin9 conditions in the area surrounding the subject property,�s�port the herein changes; and WHEREAS, the C Ny Cgmmission after careful consideration of this matter deems it advislqble and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this Comprehensive Plan change , as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA?1QE��$Y =SHE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. KNOWLTON) Plat Book B Page 41 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida plus an un tted fronting on the west bank of the Miami River, extending approxi ately 100' south of the Southwest 1st Street Bridge, between the Miami River and Southwest South River Drive, from Moderate High Density Residential and General Commercial to Special Use.
