ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER
1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
2606-2630 SOUTHWEST 28TH STREET (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) EXCEPT FOR A
ONE FOOT STRIP ON THE SOUTH END BY CHANGING
DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM LOW
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL USE TO RESIDENTIAL OFFICE
USE; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of February 18, 1987, Item No. 5, following an advertised hearing
adopted Resolution No. PAB 19-87, by 9 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of an amendment to thei.Mia prehensive Neighborhood
Plan and Addenda (SeptembeV85 as he" nafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, changing coin theearea surroundingthe

NOW, THEREFORE T ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. W The Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and
Addenda (SeptemK 1985), is hereby amended by changing the
designation of tha certain parcel of property located at 2606-
2630 So thwest Street, more particularly described as Lots
3, 4, 5 and 6, ock 2, KING PARK, except for a one foot strip on
the so tq en as recorded in Plat Book 5 at page 112 of the
Public %rdh of Dade County, Florida, from Low Density
Residentiato Residential -Office Use.
Section 2. It is hereby found that this Comprehensive
Plan designation change:
a. Is necessary due to changed or changing conditions;
b. Involves a residential land use of 5 acres or less and
a density of 5 units per acre or less or involved other
