AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER 1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 2606-2630 SOUTHWEST 28TH STREET (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) EXCEPT FOR A ONE FOOT STRIP ON THE SOUTH END BY CHANGING DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL USE TO RESIDENTIAL OFFICE USE; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of February 18, 1987, Item No. 5, following an advertised hearing adopted Resolution No. PAB 19-87, by 9 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of an amendment to thei.Mia prehensive Neighborhood Plan and Addenda (SeptembeV85 as he" nafter set forth; and WHEREAS, changing coin theearea surroundingthe subject property, support n changes; and WHEREAS, the City Comafter careful consideration of this matter deems it advisaUle and in the best interest of the general welfare of WPange of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this Comprehensive as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE T ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
