AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER 1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 4091 SOUTHWEST 2ND TERRACE (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM MODERATE DENSITY RESIDENTIAL USE TO RESIDENTIAL/OFFICE USE; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
