Gentlemen and Madams:
I, Prentice F. Rasheed, Miami Amcop Chairman and Economic Business Chief
Operating Officer to Establish For Profits Business Development For the
African American and the Striving Poor People for Economic and Human Dignity,
urgently request to reappear before the Miami City Commissioners and Government,
to present some problems and solutions to the responsibiled representatives in
this city.
The subject of the Merchants Economic Plight: Business Loans, Better Police-
Camunity Protection, Jobs, Drugs, Crimes, Proper Education for Better Human
Development for all the citizens affected by these non -productive regressive
directions of human failure in the government and community life.

I, Prentice F. Rasheed know we must and shall turn this situation around from
this self and human destruction. I summit my God given, whole -hearted effort(s)
to this collective cause to which I represent thru the ANC0P Education and
Business Program. I will work, lead or support all or any right minded effort for
the purpose to bring a true human dignity to our American Society.
