ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER
1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
3621-3631 SOUTHWEST 22ND TERRACE, (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING
DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM LOW
MODERATE DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO GENERAL
COMMERCIAL US£; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of December 17, 1986, Item No. 4, following an advertised hearing
a pted Resolution No. PAB 57-86, by a 9 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING

WHEREAS; chang A?g conditions in the area surrounding the
subject proper support the herein changes; and
WHEREAS,.. a City Commission after careful consideration of

general welfare of the Ci ami and its inhabitants to grant
this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
