ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER
1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
364-466 NORTHWEST 26TH AVENUE AND 373-457
NORTHWEST 27TH AVENUE, (MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING DESIGNATION OF
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM SCHOOLS, CHURCHES,
CULTURAL TO LIBERAL COMMERCIAL USE; MAKING
FINDINGS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of December 17, 198 , em No. 5, following an advertised hearing
adopte Resol No. PAB -86, by a 9 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of an amendment to the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood
Plan an �ddeaeptember 1985), as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, c ging conditions in the area surrounding the
subject property, su rt the herein changes; and

this matter deems it advisa
e best interest of the
general welfare of the Cif Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA J3E COMM ISS OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Miami �omprk eit'sive Nei�lan and
Addenda (September 1985), is\ here �y�ended by changing the
designation of that certain parcel property located at
approximately 364-466 Northwest 26t Aven 3-457 Northwest
27th Avenue, more particularly describ as 19,C)20, 21, 22,
23, 24, 25, and 26 less the eastern 10there and all of Lots
27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, and 37, HIQ� POINT, Plat
Book 4 Page 15 of the Public Records of Dade Count ida from
Schools, Churches, Cultural to Liberal Commercial Use.
Section 2. It is hereby found that this Comprehensive Plan
designation change:
a. Is necessary due to changed or changing
conditions;
