BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section I. An amount not to exceed $10,000 from Special Programs and Accounts, Contingent Fund, is hereby allocated in support of the Florida International University Conference on Negritude, Ethnicity and Afro Cultures in the Americas to be held February 26-28, 1987. Section 2.
