AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER 1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY THE AREA GENERALLY BOUNDED BY BISCAYNE BOULEVARD AND THOSE PROPERTIES EAST OF BISCAYNE BOULEVARD FRONTING ON THE LITTLE RIVER CANAL AND SOUTH LITTLE RIVER CANAL, AND FRONTING BISCAYNE BAY BETWEEN THE LITTLE RIVER CANAL AND SOUTH LITTLE RIVER CANAL; AND THAT AREA ON THE SOUTH BANK OF THE MIAMI RIVER BETWEEN THE NORTHWEST 17TH AVENUE BRIDGE AND STATE ROAD 836 BRIDGE (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, RETAINING LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, MODERATE HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND RESIDENTIAL COMMERCIAL AND ADDING AN OVERLAY PLAN DESIGNATION SPECIAL USE MARINE LIVE -ABOARD EXCLUSION; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of November 19, 1986, Item No. 4, following an advertised hearing adopted Resolution No. PAB 51-86, by a 9 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of an amendment to the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and Addenda (September 1985)1 as)hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, changing condi s the area surrounding the subject property, support t e erein c anges; and WHEREAS, the City CWission after careful consideration of this matter deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare Qf theA City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this Comprehensift PW change as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREF04k) JBE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: V Section The Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and Addenda (Sept ber 1985), is hereby amended by changing the i desi ation those certain parcels of property located at app mat the area generally bounded by Biscayne Boulevard and t operties east of Biscayne Boulevard fronting on the Little RiQ4r Canal and South Little River Canal, and f rontin§ Biscayne Bay between the Little River Canal and South Little River Canal more particularly described as Lots 1-64, less parcel
