BACKGROUND The Code Enforcement Board has two vacancies as or February 10, 1987. These vacancies are due to the expiration of a three-year term, held by Ralph Johnson; and the expiration of a three-year term, filled by Raul Gonzalez Viera, since April of 1986. Section 2-392 of the City Code provides for a seven -member Code Enforcement Board for enforcing technical codes of the City of Miami, which, whenever possible, shall consist of an architect,, a businessperson, an engineer, a general contractor, a subcontractor, and a realtor.
