The Department of Parks, Recreation and public Facilities each
year since 1982 has established her ordinance t e apprc^riations

for the Special Re�:pnue fund entitled "Recreation Activ, rv"
Revenues are collected from participants fcr -various programs
such as summer camp, ceramics, etc. Expenditures from this 111rd
d trips, uniforms,, special supplies and

:picnics for '-hose participants who have oaid fees for special
programs. `Recreation ,ctivi =�✓„ is, an ongoing program which
supplements activities rrovided fDr with General Fu:.0
appropriations.
The senior citizens programs are contained within ,the "Recreai_4o-__
Activity" account as well as -he .summer camps, after scho(Dl,
baseball, scuba and.basketbal' clinics, all of which are ~financed
by these fees.
